In C++ programming, using pointers to reference locations external to the program is now considered dangerous.
With the tagLinks and openIDeas concept I'm proposing treating hyperLinks, bookMarks, outLines, orderedLists, hierArchies, strings, words, and tags as pointers.
Not much different than any socialBookMarking site, other than I want to aggregate, correlate, and accumulate instances to predict intended application and present ranked occurrences on demand.
